J. Chris Thomas

"Chris Thomas holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Central Michigan University and a Master of Music in Performance from Northwestern University . He is also state-licensed to teach K-12 instrumental music. Chris has over 23 years of experience teaching private lessons, high school/university marching and concert percussion groups. He is currently in his 16th year as Director of Percussion at Midlothian HS teaching marching percussion and concert percussion. His performance experience includes several professional orchestras, jazz groups, musicals and as a clinician. Chris teaches Snare/Drumset; Mallets; Marching and Latin Percussion."
